Our mission is to show that with a little elbow grease, anyone can harness this technology and build something meaningful. We're doing this transparently in the Web3 space, without relying on financial backing, and using the PEAR model to prove our claim. To show how you can turn your creative ideas into real-world products that solve real world problems, and in turn, help others do the same.
Our story started when Tim and Sam met surfing in their hometown. Both deeply involved in the surf, skate, and snow culture, they both bring a unique set of skills to the table. Sam is a professional filmmaker and Web3 enthusiast, while Tim is a passionate surfer/semi pro fighter and seasoned entrepreneur.

Rich Latimer
AI/Marketing Advisor
Rich plays a pivotal role in the PEAR project as an AI/Marketing Advisor, leveraging his diverse expertise to drive the initiative's success. His experience spans running RT Digital, a digital marketing agency, and developing innovative tech solutions like COS (Complete Outreach System) and AISS (AI Driven Sales System), both designed to transform business generation for brands. Within the PEAR project, Rich contributes by advising on marketing strategy, branding, and market positioning. His agency, RT Digital, has a JV collaboration with PEAR’s marketing division (PVS Marketing), providing services that support various tiered marketing packages (Launch, Growth, Enterprise) offered to clients. Josh Luca
Blockchain Advisor/Analyst
Josh's extensive experience in cryptocurrency, spanning over 8 years of trading in stocks, cryptocurrency, NFTs, coupled with his expertise in on and off-chain research, data analysis, and technical analysis for Chainalysis Inc, will make him instrumental in optimizing PEAR's blockchain operations & compliance. His skills in data investigation, crypto-centric social media strategies, and forensic analysis uniquely position him to enhance PEAR's internal processes, strengthen its market penetration, and ensure efficient blockchain integrations for project success.
Christian Corrigan
CFO & Investment Advisor
With over 2 decades of Finance experience, 15+ years in investment banking, and 5+ years working with early stage startups, Christian has a wide variety of experience across the CFO and COO verticals. He's used to navigating complex regulatory environments and knows the best way to support projects through their funding and/or listing roadmap. Christian is the head CFO for BlockOffice who provides strategic back-office services for early-stage startups & funds to support their back-office and scaling needs. BlockOffice specialize in Entity & SPV Incorporation (Onshore/Offshore), Fractional CFO/COO work including Financial Operations & Corporate Development.
